With screenplay by Clifford Odets. A sailor on leave blacks out and when he wakes finds the girl he had been with dead. With the help of a kind B-girl & a cab driver, the sailor has four hours to prove himself innocent before his leave ends. Film photos on endpapers, title page & four pages in text.
